When you use certain features of this site, such as downloading or requesting a free trial and purchasing products, we may collect personally identifiable information from you that may include your name, company name, address, phone number and email address.

When you use our system, we may also collect account details, organization information, irrigation site details (including controller and station data—some stations may be linked to a home address or a common area within a community), technician contact details, and basic usage logs (such as login times and actions) to improve reliability and security. We do not collect payment card information directly through our platform.

Web Site Usage

As with many website operators, WETCHEX INC. analyzes our website logs to constantly improve the value of our website to our visitors. We use an external service to provide real-time reporting to us and our authorized agents of browser accesses to our site. This includes IP addresses, page views, unique views, unique visitors, repeat visitors, frequency of visits, and peak-volume traffic periods. In our use of this service, we do not gather, request, record, require, collect, or track any Internet users' personally identifiable information.

Surveys

We may conduct occasional surveys and other customer research. These are entirely voluntary and you may decline to participate.

How We Use Your Information

The information you provide will be used to support your relationship with WETCHEX INC. Among other things, your information may be used to:

• Register our software to you for licensing purposes after you purchase our products.

Except as specifically set forth in this Privacy Policy, we will not share your personally identifiable information outside of WETCHEX INC. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We may disclose and use personally identifiable information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, enforce our Terms and Conditions (for example, when necessary to protect our or a third party's intellectual property or proprietary rights), or to alert you to changes in our policies or agreements that may affect your use of our Web site.

Web site and be re-directed to a third-party site. WETCHEX INC. does not control those sites or the privacy practices of those third-party sites, which may differ from WETCHEX INC. privacy practices. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party Web sites, and the personal data you choose to provide to third-party Web sites is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any Web site or company before submitting your Personal Information to them.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. While no system can be 100% secure, we continuously monitor and improve our protections.

Account Deletion

Technicians using the Wetchex mobile app can delete their account from Profile → Delete account. When you delete your account:

• Your account is deactivated immediately and you will no longer be able to sign in.
• You cannot reactivate your account yourself. Contact your account owner or Wetchex support if you need access restored.
• We do not permanently erase all records when you delete your account. Maintenance reports, inspection data, and work history linked to your technician profile may be retained for audit, compliance, and operational purposes.

Account owners and administrators can request account discontinuation by contacting us at support@wetchex.ai.

Your Choices

• You can update or correct your account details anytime through the system.
• Technicians can delete their account in the mobile app from the Profile screen.
• You can opt out of non-essential communications (if any) (like newsletters or product updates).

Children's Privacy

Our system is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make major changes, we'll notify you by email or within the system before they take effect.
